The Laboratory was an internal research and consulting unit for PJSC Sberbank—the largest bank in Eastern Europe—and its partners. Our mission was to apply the latest knowledge from behavioral psychology and related fields to Sberbank's products, communications, and business processes. Over 3,5 years, our team delivered over 200 projects for more than 50 departments and 10 sub-companies. We conducted focused research, supported product development, and addressed challenges related to customer and employee behavior, including using customer behavior prediction models developed by our data research team.
